The EHEW 2025 Vietnam is organized by the EU Delegation to Vietnam and EU Member States in a #TeamEurope-approach. This flagship event provides a platform for Vietnamese students, academics, and other audiences to find out about higher education opportunities in Europe and support Vietnamese institutions to explore partnership with European counterparts. EHEW 2025 Vietnam comprises three stops, that will give you high visibility and media outreach across Vietnam’s education sector:

• 1. November, 9:00-13:00, Study in Europe Fair in Ho Chi Minh City
• 2. November, 9:00-13:00, Study in Europe Fair in Hanoi
• 3. November, 8:00-17:00, Erasmus+ and Horizon Europe Day in Hanoi

The event is free for exhibitors, you will get your own booth and essential amenities are provided. Travel arrangements and hotel/living costs are at the expense of the exhibitors.

PLEASE NOTE: The EHEW 2025 Vietnam is one event of a series of “Study in Europe Fairs” organized by the EU Delegations in Southeast Asia. Vietnam (1.-3. November), Indonesia (6.-9. November, supported by GATE), Cambodia (12. November), Laos (22. November in Vientiane, 25. November in Luang Prabang, 28. November in Savannakhet) and Thailand (15./16. November – OSCS, organized by the Thai Government, not the EU). Participating in more than just one fair is an excellent opportunity to get the most out of one trip to Southeast Asia, reaching out to thousands of prospective students and dozens of universities across the entire region.
