Student Journey Mapping: Create your roadmap to happier students
Noch Plätze frei
This workshop will be held in English. It consists of two parts on 15 and 16 November, 10:00 am-12:00 pm.
How to keep up with the increasing number of international students and their ever raising expectations? In this session you will get a first taste of using the Student Journey Mapping instrument. Based on the student's experience you will map the opportunities to improve yourservices and working processes. You will start working with the instrument based on two real life cases, so make sure you are ready to roll up your sleeves and get to work in this session.
This workshop is a follow-up from the Student Journey Mapping workshop during the GATE Conference on 1 July. The workshops on 15 and 16 November are accessible for participants of the workshop in July, as well as others interesting in learning more about the Student Journey Mapping tool. We will use different cases to work on during both days, so you can choose witch case is most relevant to your day to day work:
1. incoming international master’s student
2. outgoing exchange student
3. outgoing staff member on staff exchange
4. incoming international PhD student
If you would like to volunteer your organisation as a case for this workshop, please let us know via the registration form. The facilitators of the workshops, Mr. Kirk Doyle from ACU and Mr. Boudewijn Grievink from We are Katapult, will get in touch with you to prepare your case.
Dieser Workshop findet in englischer Sprache statt. Er besteht aus zwei Teilen am 15. und 16. November, 10.00-12.00 Uhr. Anmeldeschluss ist der 2. November.
